Ask Other Students

Sometimes other students in the class are a great way to get your question answered.

You can post in a discussion board or in a class lounge discussion area, if there is one in your course.

Other students might be helpful figuring out an assignment, or sharing information on other classes at NEO, information about a college, or major, or maybe tips for getting a part time job or internship in your area.

Work with a Tutor

NEO's Tutoring Center provides no-cost, live, real-time tutoring for all students.

To access online tutoring visit the Tutor.com link in the left menu, and view the Tutor.com Student Help Video for a guide on how to start using the service.

Eligible students may also receive tutoring assistance from the Student Support Services program.

Get Help with Technology

NEO Information Technology - I.T. provides information on Goldkey credentials, accessing free software, computer recommendations and system requirements, and Canvas help.

For technology issues you can submit a ticket to the Technology Helpdesk

Services also include issues with Goldkey Activation and reset, and multi-factor authentication/Duo Push.

Get Help with Canvas

Canvas is the learning management system where all of the online components of your traditional face-to-face courses, and your online courses are housed.

Get help from Canvas by clicking on "Help" in the left menu for a variety of ways to get support.
